ianrobrien over 8 years ago. There seems to be an issue with Forerunner 230 Heart Rate alerts. I picked up this watch at the NYC Marathon expo along with the Premium heart rate monitor. The high alert does not seem to work. Here are my settings: High Alert - 151 bpm. Low Alert - 139 bpm. Then when I go into Alerts I see "Heart Rate 139-151 bpm".

Yesterday I ran an easy 3.5 miles on the treadmill and it is the first time in weeks that I didn't get a cadence lock. I imagine if I had ran longer I would have though.
